Guildhall School's second annual Chamber Festival opens in style with an exciting concert of chamber music.
Guildhall professors Christopher Deacon (trumpet), Joy Farrall (clarinet), Louise Hopkins (cello), Daniel Jemison (bassoon), Bruce Nockles (trumpet), Fraser MacAulay (oboe),Caroline Palmer (piano) and Beth Randell perform in collaboration with Guildhall instrumentalists.
The programme includes Transferable Resistance for brass ensemble by Guildhall Composer in Residence and Professor of Composition Julian Anderson, Bartók's Second String Quartet performed by the world-famous Endellion String Quartet plus wonderful music by Tchaikovsky and Dvořák.
