"Back Together - Celebrating Our Creative Community" - KS1&2
Islington’s Big Sing 2022 is inviting KS1 and KS2 classes to come together to rediscover the joy of singing! This will be a morning of singing activities and coming together as part of a massed choir. There are two songs that will be sung by schools which are both on Charanga and you will receive the details once you sign up.
The focus will be on everyone singing together, rather than celebrating individual choirs, there's no need to bring an individual song. However, if you have a song that fits well with our theme and you would love your class or choir to be in the spotlight, we are able to include a small number of solo numbers from individual classes. Please send us a recording of your song by the 20th of June in order to be considered.
Key dates:
Monday 6 June: registration closed
Monday 20 June: closing date for individual song submission
Monday 4 July: Big Sing @ Union Chapel KS1: 10am, KS2: 12pm
