The Guildhall Coaching Associates Coaching & Mentoring training programme aligns with Guildhall School's ethos as a world class performing arts institution; to support, challenge and inspire growth. We are in a unique position to combine the rigour of academic teaching with the equally important practical, performative element for effective coaching, including active listening and presence.
Our training provides a dynamic blend of theory and practice, and is highly interactive. Training is delivered in association with specialist coaching provider, Linden Learning. We work with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) as our chosen accreditation partner offering a developmental pathway towards recognised incremental levels of practice and experience. Delegates on our courses may choose to apply for Individual Accreditation of their achievements with the EMCC.
