Biography
Pat’s driving force throughout her career has been to enable others to develop their positive potential. To this end coaching skills have been an integral part of her practice. Pat has over 30 years’ experience within the voluntary, statutory and private sectors in supporting leaders, managers and practitioners that work with vulnerable families. Her foundations are in education and social care and areas of expertise lie in supporting inclusive practice using partnership as the key to change.
Pat is a qualified Executive coach and mentor (Level 7) with the Institute of Leadership and Management and is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
Pat is a Leadership Development Coach for Clore Social Leadership and is also the Director of ARISE Academy, a training organisation delivering training and facilitating leadership and development programmes for practitioners and managers who work in social care. She holds a Post graduate Diploma in Applied Social Sciences and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. Pat also holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Sussex.
