Accommodation for Summer Schools

Intro
Accommodation for selected summer schools is available at Sundial Court, our secure gated facility that serves as the School's term-time halls of residence. Sundial Court is located on Chiswell Street, a minute’s walk from Guildhall School’s teaching spaces where the summer schools are taking place, and a stone’s throw away from many central London attractions such as the Barbican Centre, St Paul’s Cathedral and Tate Modern.
Sundial Court has a number of flats, each containing three to six bedrooms. Each flat has a communal area and a shared bathroom. All rooms have internet access and are furnished to a high standard, and serviced daily by our housekeeping team.

Guildhall Summer Schools are very popular among children and young people, many of whom travel from all over the UK and internationally to attend our courses.
During their stay at Sundial court, residential participants under the age of 18 are looked after by our team of dedicated chaperones, all of whom are DBS checked and first-aid trained. The team is led by our experienced Lead Chaperone. As well as pastoral care, chaperones also organise some evening activities.
Residential participants under the age of 18 are exclusively allocated rooms in single-sex under-18 flats. For health and safety reasons these flats do not have access to kitchen facilities.
For further information on our accommodation provision for under-18s please refer to our FAQs or contact us.
