Short Course FAQs
Who are Online Short Courses for?
Whether you’re thinking about learning something completely new, exploring a hobby or passion, or just brushing up on existing skills, there is a course for you! Guildhall School has transferred its most popular short courses to online and created a whole range of exciting new ones, working with tutors to ensure that they are just as enriching and memorable as they would be within the building.
How do I know if there is space on a course?
Choose the course you want to book from our list of courses. Once the course has reached maximum capacity, the course status will show ‘fully booked’ on the website and a waiting list will be available. Early booking is advised as capacity is limited. Places are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
Will any courses within the building be taking place? What about Guildhall Summer Schools?
We will let you know as soon as any of our programmes are safe to operate within the building or whether some of our courses, such as our Summer Schools, can be offered online. During these unprecedented circumstances, our first priority continues to be the health, safety and welfare of all our participants, staff and visitors. We are following the latest advice from the UK government, Public Health England and the NHS.
