Public Speaking & Charisma Level 2
Ages 18+
Where Level 1 provides a really strong foundation of skills and builds the confidence to speak in a range of situations, Level 2 participants will be given the chance to briefly recap on the fundamentals of voice and body before moving on to more individual work aimed at addressing their specific needs. Participants will be given specific exercises to help them develop their communication skills, vocal abilities, personal charisma, spontaneity, physicality and more. A safe and warm working environment will be set up where participants feel able to take risks, push themselves and gain confidence.
Much of this work - although tailored to the individual - will take place in a group setting to provide opportunities to get used to speaking in front of an audience, and also learn from one another. We will address what ‘charisma’ means to each of us and how we can achieve it in a way that feels authentic and personal. Participants will finish the course with a tool kit of exercises designed specifically for them, which they can employ in any scenario where communication or public speaking is required.
