Strings Open Day
Attending an Open Day at the Guildhall School is a great way to see what life might be like for you when studying here.
During the day there will be opportunities to discuss the training with key members of staff, current students or recent graduates, and tour the School’s facilities including our new building at Milton Court.
If you have a disability or special needs, you are encouraged to visit the School to discuss your needs. We may need to make special arrangements so please contact us in advance of your visit.
This Open Day is now fully booked. If you would like to be put on the waitling list in case of cancellations, please email Rachel Williamson.

Please note that open days are centred round teaching and performance activities already planned for the School day. This means that spaces to observe classes may be limited and, at times, those accompanying visitors may be unable to view the class.
The library is also open during the day and welcomes visitors to view the collection and library facilities. You should also find time to visit the Barbican Centre (including the Library).
The school’s coffee bar is open during the day for drinks, sandwiches and snacks. There are restaurants in the Barbican Centre and the area surrounding Moorgate and the School.
