Coping with loss
Coping with loss
Experiencing loss is different for everybody. It can make you feel any number of complex emotions, or none at all. Any response you have is valid.
See below for resources to help you manage your feelings in the aftermath of the death of a friend, family member, or loved one.
Remember that you are allowed to take time out of the session as and when required.
If you are in crisis, call 999. You can also access the Camden and Islington NHS Crisis Line on 0800 917 3333.
