There are no auditions to join GYA Norwich, and everyone is welcome.

How to join
To get started at Guildhall Young Artists Norwich, simply fill out our short enquiry form. Based on your details, we will contact you with a recommended course and timetable.
Can I visit the centre before joining?
Yes, absolutely! We offer tours of the centre before you commit. This is a great opportunity to see our classes in action and meet our team. Just complete the application form, and we'll arrange a suitable time for you to visit.
What happens next?
GYA Norwich offers a five-week trial period (payable) with 20% off before committing to a full term, giving you time to decide if GYA Norwich is the right fit for you. The five-week deposit/trial fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once you've reviewed and accepted the course timetable, we'll ask you to complete an enrolment form and pay a five-week deposit/trial fee.
After the five-week trial period:
- If you decide to continue: The remaining fees will become due
- If you decide to withdraw: No further fees will be charged

Terms and Conditions
- GYA Norwich offers a five-week trial period (payable) with 20% off before committing to the membership agreement. The five-week deposit/trial fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Students can enrol at GYA Norwich at any time during the academic year.
- Enrolment is based on an annual membership agreement, running from September to July.
- Course fees are invoiced on a termly basis.
- Once fully enrolled, a half-term's notice is required in writing to withdraw from studies.
