Guildhall Wigmore Recital Prize
In 2009 the Guildhall School and Wigmore Hall started a annual collaboration, the Guildhall Wigmore Prize, which would enable an outstanding Guildhall student to make a solo Wigmore Hall recital debut.
Guildhall Wigmore Prize
The winning performer for this annual event is selected at an audition by a panel chaired by John Gilhooly, Artistic and Executive Director of Wigmore Hall.
As the Guildhall Wigmore Prize starts its second decade, the School is deeply grateful to the Wigmore Hall and John Gilhooly for the invaluable support given through the Prize to these talented young performers at the start of their career.
