About Vocals and Drama Discovery Course

Our dynamic Discovery Vocals and Drama course for ages 7–11 is designed for those who are ready explore their creative potential, build confidence and express themselves through voice.

Acting – Exploring physical and vocal exercises, improvisation and scene work, students will develop communication skills, self-expression and unleash creativity.

Singing – Working in a small ensemble, students will develop vocal technique in a wide range of musical genres – developing vocal techniques, expanding vocal range and building core musicianship. Classes will progress to individual performance allowing, singers to explore and find their unique voice.

At Guildhall Young Artists, creativity, teamwork and performance are central to our ethos. Students will have the chance to participate in centre-wide performance opportunities, both at our King’s Cross venue and beyond.

Classes run from 9am to 11am, providing students with 1 hour and 45 minutes of lesson time, including a 15-minute break.
