Junior Guildhall - Trumpet Teacher
Contract type: Permanent, Part Time (Saturdays)
Salary: Hourly Paid: £49.31 per hour (including holiday pay)
Junior Guildhall has a vacancy for a Trumpet Teacher from September 2025 on the Music Course (11–18 year olds) at Silk Street, Barbican. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated, outstanding musician with a proven track record of working with talented students to be involved in this specialist music school on Saturdays. Teaching will include delivering 1:1 tuition to students across the age range as well as the opportunity for ensemble coaching. Currently the role involves up to 3 hours of work although this is expected to develop further over time.

Student Recruitment Marketing Coordinator
Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised Student Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role will support the planning and delivery of our student recruitment marketing, to raise brand awareness and drive applications and enrolment across our portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses in Music, Drama and Production Arts.
You will support the implementation of our marketing plans for higher education across all channels, including creating a wide variety of email communications for potential applicants, and working with Guildhall students, staff and alumni to develop engaging written and video content. You will also represent Guildhall School across a wide breadth of internal and external events, inspiring students to pursue creative study.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a marketing, communications or student recruitment role within higher education, arts or similar sectors. You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, and be confident working independently and handling competing deadlines.
Occasional travel to other parts of the UK for events will be required, as well as some occasional evening and weekend work for which time in lieu will be given.

Guildhall Young Artists Taunton Music & Drama Tutors (various disciplines)
When: Saturdays in term time, 10 weeks per term in 2025/26, from September 2025 or November 2025
Remuneration: £39.50 per hour, self employed
Guildhall Young Artists Taunton (GYA Taunton) is one of Somerset’s most exciting Saturday performing arts centre offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 5 to 18-year-olds in music and drama. Based at Richard Huish College, Taunton, young people develop their creativity and access high quality training across a variety of styles and genres.
As the centre is expanding, we are seeking additional tutors and wish to appoint an energetic and highly skilled team of tutors, top practitioners and industry professionals, across a variety of styles and genres to teach our U18 students, and to ensure that Guildhall Young Artists provides an excellent creative education.
We wish to appoint a diverse pool of dedicated and enthusiastic individuals with a proven track record in any of the following:
- Upper Strings Tutor for September 2025
- Piano Tutor for our pool of deputy tutors for September 2025
- Drama Tutor for maternity cover November 2025 to March 2026
The successful candidates will be committed to developing young students, from a variety of backgrounds, to reach their full potential.

Drama Tutor - Guildhall Young Artists Norwich
Salary: £39.50 per hour

Guildhall Young Artists Norwich is an exciting Saturday Performing Arts centre offering a range of classes and performance opportunities for 4 to 18 year olds. Based at City of Norwich School (CNS) young people develop their creativity and access high quality training across a variety of styles and genres in Music, and In Drama, from April 2025.
Please note, from September 2025 GYAN will move to Wymondham High Academy on Saturdays.
As we introduce Drama to our offer, we seek to appoint an energetic and dynamic Drama practitioner with significant experience in the professional/education sector to ensure that Guildhall Young Artists Norwich provides an excellent inter disciplinary creative education.
The post-holder will assist the Head of Guildhall Young Artists Norwich in the development and delivery of Drama at GYAN from April 2025.
The post-holder will be committed to developing young students, from a variety of backgrounds, to reach their full potential. devise and oversee drama workshops and projects and will play a key role in designing and evolving a rich, inspiring, and ambitious curriculum.
The role will primarily entail developing and delivering the following elements of our new Drama offer:
• Drama Starts Here Course (EYFS & KS1)
• Drama Discovery Course (KS2)
• Musical Theatre (KS2 – KS5)
