We're delighted to welcome pianist Jarred Dunn to work with Guildhall keyboard players in this free, open masterclass.
Yamaha Artist Jarred Dunn has been described by critics as “evocative and mystical” (New York Classical Music Guide), "technically perfect" (Belarus First Radio), "a piano sound-colour magician" (Muzikos Barai, Vilnius), and "a virtuoso with the most exquisite touch" (Freethought Today, Madison).
Featured on the CBC’s Top Thirty Under Thirty: Hot Canadian Classical Musicians of 2018, he hosted This is My Music, was the subject of CBC’s Five Things I Learned from Maria João-Pires, and has been heard on CBC Radio, Belarus First, Freethought Radio-Television Madison, and WQXR New York.
The session will last for 3 hours, but audience members are welcome to drop in at any time and they will be admitted at an appropriate moment.

Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
