Executive Coaching – Advanced Level
Transform your coaching practice, deepen your personal presence, and develop your full potential as a professional coach. Our advanced-level training will support you to refine and enhance your coaching skills, enabling you to have a greater impact on those you coach and to work with increased confidence, clarity, and effectiveness.
Work with our senior coaching Associates, who are already working as professional and executive coaches across the UK and internationally. They bring a rich blend of experience in executive, performance, and developmental coaching to support your growth. The programme is EMCC Accredited and leads to an EIA Practitioner Level accreditation.
Core skills are taught in small-group settings to allow maximum opportunity for meaningful practice, discussion, reflection, and refinement. You will be closely supported by two members of our senior team, while your small peer group provides a supportive space for professional connection, shared learning, and networking. Executive and Professional Development from Guildhall School
This course is delivered by Guildhall Ignite, offering executive and professional development for managers, leaders and organisations, part of Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
Take part in intensive training over an initial 3-week period
- 60-minute online ‘Introduction to Portfolio’ session, designed to guide you through your learning journey
- 4 x half day online sessions to enhance core skills and introduce, explore and practise advanced coaching concepts and approaches
- 1 x full day in-person session with an emphasis on practising and refining advanced coaching techniques

Plus a full day in-person at Milton Court on 17 November.
