Outstanding first-year singers from Guildhall School’s Opera department perform a captivating selection of classical and contemporary operatic excerpts with piano accompaniment, fully staged in our Silk Street Theatre.
Join us for an evening celebrating the next generation of operatic talent as they bring a rich tapestry of characters and emotions to life, performing music by Mozart, Donizetti, Bizet and Menotti.

Venue information
Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
