Event information
Electronics at Eight (E@8) returns with a special edition taking place in the resonant setting of St Giles' without Cripplegate Church, in the heart of the Barbican.
E@8 is a live electronic music series presented by the Electronic & Produced Music department at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, curated by EM Pathway Leader Elif Yalvaç, providing a platform for students, staff and invited artists to present experimental and improvised work in a live setting.
This edition takes the series into new sonic territory-the church's centuries-old acoustics blending with contemporary electronic music, offering an intimate and immersive evening of sound.
Full performer details to follow.
Please note, doors open at 7.30pm and the event starts at 8pm
London Underground strikes are planned between 19-22 May. This event will be running as planned, but you may need to allow extra time for travel. Visit the Transport for London website for information.

YUUGEN
YUUGEN is a half human // half machine forward thinking electronic music creator. After releasing “METASTATE” on CYBE records “Assembly 1” alongside the likes of Mr. Bill, Billain and vorso, YUUGEN received recognition from Noisia’s label VISION and has been played live across the world in the form of Cryptic IDs. Although this is YUUGEN’s first public appearance, this is one artist to look out for in the world of underground neurofunk and bass music.
