Guildhall Big Band welcomes legendary vocalist Elaine Delmar for a performance featuring Allan Ganley's pristine arrangements.
Elaine is a gifted performer of the highest calibre with an adaptability in musical settings that is unsurpassed, being equally at home whether entertaining a concert audience or performing in a more intimate setting, worked with such jazz giants as Herb Ellis, Benny Carter and Stephane Grappelli. Her recent season and her live album at Ronnie Scott's evidence a singer in the prime of her performing life.
