Guildhall Jazz Festival x EFG London Jazz Festival: Nightspark
Nightspark is a London-based vocal quartet made up of Ana Baginska, Alexandra Cojocariu, Jasmine Anderson and Benny Tayler. The group sings mostly a cappella repertoire with arrangements by members of the quartet varying from swinging jazz standards and old favourites to modern music by the likes of säje and Snowpoet as well as original tunes. Drawing inspiration from their individual and eclectic tastes in music, Nightspark puts their focus on texture and blend and combines the softness of singer-songwriter and folk music with the energy and rich harmonic depth of jazz.
Part of the School’s annual Jazz Festival, presented in partnership with EFG London Jazz Festival, celebrating the creativity and originality of the Guildhall Jazz community.
