Guildhall Jazz Festival x EFG London Jazz Festival: The Adventures of Carmen Llena’s Trio
The Adventures of Carmen Llena’s trio features Eliot Whitehouse on bass, Frank Hawkes on drums and Carmen Llena on trumpet. Blending acoustic instruments with electronics, the trio explores different funk and experimental grooves and textures, pushing the instruments to the limits of the sounds they can create. Their set features mainly original music driven by dance rhythms and high energy.
Part of the School’s annual Jazz Festival, presented in partnership with EFG London Jazz Festival, celebrating the creativity and originality of the Guildhall Jazz community.
