Biography & Pure profile

Kyriaki is a professional costume maker for theatre, specialising in period ladies wear and performance costume.  

Throughout her career, Kyriaki has worked with many designers and companies both internationally and in the UK. A selection includes Giffords Circus, Wexford Opera, Blackpool Opera House, Garrick Theatre, Kilworth House Theatre, Ballet Black and the National Theatre of Greece. On productions such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Flashdance the Musical and The Wizard of Oz.

With an interest in complex cutting and working with challenging fabrics, Kyriaki enjoys working with students to develop their skills and reach their potential as both costume makers and supervisors.  

Kyriaki holds a PG Diploma from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in Theatre Costume, as well as an MA in Drama and Education from University of Athens.
