Maggie Zolinsky is a specialist Stanislavsky teacher. She trained at the Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, gaining a BA in Acting, and at the H.B Studio in New York with Uta Hagan. Maggie teaches Stanislavsky, Uta Hagan, at the Drama Studio London and Fourth Monkey Theatre Training School. She also teaches Acting for Camera at The Bridge Theatre Training School. Maggie coaches’ students and actors privately and has a Diploma in Education and Training (DET) and completed the Advanced Coaching and Mentoring Course at GSMD.

As a director, with her own A-Z Theatre Company, Maggie has directed plays by J.B Priestly, Thornton Wilder, and Tennessee Williams. She has also directed Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for the Southwark Playhouse. As an actor, her film & TV credits include: A Touch of Frost, (Yorkshire Television), Neighbours (Grundy Productions), Acropolis Now, Golden Braid (Paul Cox). Theatre credits: Yelena (Uncle Vanya), Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), and Charlotte Bronte in An evening of Words and Music at the Purcell Room. One of her major film credits was the lead in the movie ‘Stage’ directed by Sir Steve McQueen. Maggie is currently writing a play about the life of Katherine Mansfield.
