We're delighted to welcome distinguished violist and teacher Caroline Henbest to work with Guildhall strings players in this free, open masterclass.
Caroline Henbest is a distinguished violist and Feldenkrais Practitioner based in Melbourne. Former Principal Viola of the Australian Chamber Orchestra, she is Head of Viola at the Australian National Academy of Music. A sought-after guest principal and chamber musician, she performs widely across Australasia and is dedicated to fostering creative collaboration in performance.
The session will last for 2 hours, but audience members are welcome to drop in at any time and they will be admitted at an appropriate moment.

Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
