The concert includes a varied programme of chamber and large ensemble works by Guildhall Staff and students, presented by the Silk Street Sinfonietta, conducted by Postgraduate composer-conductor Antoine Veillerette and Undergraduate composer Jacob Cavendish.
 
The Silk Street Sinfonietta ensemble, co-founded in 2022 by Antoine Veillerette and Yotham Ben Yami during their undergraduate composition studies at Guildhall School is an ensemble is dedicated to promoting new music and young talent and is comprised of students from across the London Conservatoires.
 

This concert is part of our 2026 Composition Open Day, but open to all to attend.

Milton Court, based across the road from our Silk Street building, provides the School with world-class performance and training spaces, including a state of the art concert hall, a lyric theatre, a studio theatre and several major rehearsal rooms.
