Event information
Electronics at Eight showcases innovative live electronics performances from the Electronic & Produced Music (EPM) department’s staff and students. This term’s opening edition features two captivating sets.
EPM professor Sine Buyuka presents her solo project Sinemis, blending the ancestral Sufi music of her native Turkey with sophisticated, techno-inflected ambient soundscapes and semi-modular textures.
Before that, the evening begins with an improvisatory live electronics set led by EPM professor Elif Yalvac, joined by EPM students Cooper Cummings (as 3scape), Herbie Smith (as Tagessuppe) and Theo Trump (as BDYWRKS).
Free, no tickets required
