Join us for our Production Arts Virtual Open Day, this online event will allow you to hear from our staff and students directly from your home or school. Join us for the morning session, 10 – 11.30am, or the evening session, 5 – 6.30pm on Thursday 4 January 2024. 

This is your chance to ask questions about our training, discuss your future career plans and learning journey, and hear how our outstanding industry connections are made. You will also learn more about our world leading facilities and discover why we are ranked number one in Arts, Drama & Music by the Complete University Guide 2024*.

You will discover what it is like to study in the heart of London and learn how Guildhall is training the next generation of leading industry professionals and performance makers across our Production Arts programmes:

BA Production Arts, with pathways in:
Design Realisation
Stage Management
Theatre Technology
BA Digital Design & Production
MA Collaborative Performance Making

Our staff and students will be able to offer guidance on how to apply to Guildhall, including portfolio and interview preparation, to support you on the next steps of your creative journey.

This event is open for International and Home students who are interested in undergraduate and postgraduate study in Production Arts at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, with two duplicate sessions taking place to allow guests in various time zones to attend.

The Virtual Open Day will take place online, in a webinar Q&A format, with joining instructions sent directly to booked attendees the week of the event.

Venue information

Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
