Guildhall School rises into the top three institutions for Performing Arts in the QS World University Rankings 2026
Guildhall School of Music & Drama has been ranked third in the world for Performing Arts in the QS World University Rankings 2026, rising from fourth place in 2025. The School has also been ranked in the top four in the world for Music and risen to be the second highest ranked UK institution in both subjects.
Released today, the QS World University Rankings by Subject assess more than 1700 higher education institutions around the world across 55 academic disciples. Rankings are based on metrics including academic and employer reputation, and research impact. Guildhall School scored 91.8 out of 100 overall for Music, and 88.8 out of 100 for Performing Arts, and received the highest employer reputation score of any UK institution for Music, with 91.2.
