Sharna David

Alongside Sharna's role supporting the Vice Principal and Director of Drama, she provides administrative and operational support to the Director of Production & Design.

Sharna trained as a Costume Maker and Supervisor at East 15 Acting School. After graduating, she went on to work extensively for six years in theatre costume and wardrobe departments on a wide range of productions. In addition to working in wardrobe at a wide variety of venues such as Salisbury Playhouse, Sadler's Wells, The Coliseum (ENO) and The Lyceum Theatre (Disney's The Lion King), Costume Supervisor and Assistant Costume Supervisor credits include Les Misérables (Cameron Mackintosh – London, Broadway, Japan and Australia), School of Rock (London), Dead Poets Society (Secret Cinema), and You in Mid Air (The Circus Space).

Looking for an opportunity to further explore arts and culture, Sharna went on to work in cultural diplomacy for three and a half years as Assistant to a Cultural Attaché. This was a fascinating experience through which Sharna gained a wealth of experience working across diverse cultural environments and collaborating closely with international artists from a range of artistic disciplines.
