Biography & Pure profile

Mary Price-O’Connor is a violinist, pianist, composer, educator and interdisciplinary artist living in London. She has been involved in creating performances in London for the past forty years –collaborating with artists from a wide range of fields: from dance to film to theatre working with and across disciplines. She holds a BA(Hons) in Music from Dartington and a PGCert in Performance Teaching from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and an MA in practice-led research for professional practitioners from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance. Mary also holds the Dalcroze Eurhythmics Professional Teaching Certificate. Her project, The Moving Theatre Lab, explores the connection between text  music and movement through her Dalcroze practice and informed her recent practice-led research MA at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.
