Join us in Leicester

We are introducing a brand new element to our online centre - in-person residencies - a chance for young people aged 10-18 who are part of Guildhall Young Artists (GYA) Online to get together, play and perform.

Meet, create and perform with other GYA Online students and gain a cultural experience working with students from our partner organisations on our new in-person music and drama courses.
 
After a successful residency in Dubai earlier this year, we're excited to announce our next residency will be a bit closer to home in Leicester, UK, running in partnership National Youth Jazz Collective. This residency will offer a similar experience with a special music focus for Jazz students.

Dubai residency

Our recent residency in Dubai brought together young artists from across the globe for four days of creative collaboration and cultural exchange.

Students met and worked with fellow GYA Online students, created and performed in ensembles, and connected with peers from our partner organisations Centre for Musical Arts (CMA) and Dubai Culture, making our first residency a real milestone for the programme.
