We’re delighted to welcome celebrated pianist Craig Sheppard to lead this piano masterclass, free and open to all.
Craig Sheppard is an internationally acclaimed pianist celebrated for his profound artistry, technical mastery and expansive repertoire. Professor of Piano at the University of Washington and a frequent guest across Europe, Asia, and America, he has performed with major orchestras worldwide. His extensive discography - ranging from Bach and Beethoven to Shostakovich - reflects a career spanning more than five decades on the world stage.
The session will last for 3 hours, but audience members are welcome to drop in at any time and they will be admitted at an appropriate moment.

Venue information
Silk Street Theatre, Music Hall and Lecture Recital Room are located in the main Guildhall School building on Silk Street and for Barbican produced events the venue can also be accessed from the Barbican if you exit via the doors next to Barbican Kitchen on Level G.
