Creative Business Support

Over the next 12 months we will be launching and running a range of activity to support creative businesses and practitioners.

Our programme will address major changes and challenges facing the arts in the wake of COVID-19. It will provide practical skills training led by experts in the field, space for sharing and reflection, and opportunity to build your creative network and community.

From ‘in conversations’ with artists making the changes they want to see, to in-depth professional development, we will help you navigate the new normal.

Launching Spring 2021

The Change-Maker Academy

This new course, developed and led by the Change Collective with the Guildhall School, will support a cohort of creative professionals over 6 weeks to evolve their practice, approach and skills. The course will comprise both theory and practice, with the ultimate aim to foster genuine change and career development.

The Change-Maker Series

This spring Guildhall School will host a second series of free online participatory workshops for creative practitioners, led by a range of exciting and insightful artists and leaders. The seven series, hosted on Zoom, will respond to the live challenges and changes facing everyone who works in the creative sector today. Each week, a different facilitator, all of whom were recruited via an open call within the sector, will lead discussions on various topics.
