Islington's Big Sing 2022

Music Education Islington (MEI) supports all children attending state-maintained schools to embed music in their curriculum by offering a broad programme of activities, consultations and services.

We also provide after-school music activities across the week and in school holidays.

MEI have:

  • Enabled more than 11,000 people to have access to music education since starting in 2018.
  • Worked with more than 50 Islington schools every year.
  • Provided access to instruments to over 6,000 students through our instrument loan service.
